• You must provide a valid, active Malaysian phone number to receive an OTP (One-Time Password) for account verification.
• Your chosen username must not resemble any misleading, offensive, or impersonating name that could be mistaken for another entity.
• Passwords must meet the platform's minimum security requirements and must not be shared with any other party.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Dewi11 reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) at any time — particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount or when unusual account activity is detected.
